About me
First and foremost, I want to acknowledge and thank you for taking the first steps toward feeling better. You’re already well on your way to making a difference in your own life and that is commendable.
Your next step is to find a therapist who you can trust. It’s important that you find the best match for you, so here’s a bit about me.
I welcome and affirm all expressions of identity by treating every client with respect and unconditional positive regard. My practice is LGBTQ supportive and affirming 🏳️🌈. I do my best to hold a non-judgmental space where my clients feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings without fear or judgement.
I believe that the client-therapist relationship is foundational to effective therapy. You and I will work together to understand and identify problems and find actionable solutions that fit your unique situation.
I offer in-person therapy appointments in Asheville, NC. My South Asheville office is in a convenient location for the surrounding areas, including Arden, Fletcher, Fairview, and Hendersonville. I offer tele-health therapy services for all of North Carolina, including Charlotte, Wilmington, Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro.
I also offer telehealth services for all of Colorado, including Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Pueblo, and Durango.
